Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using RYDZ's services. By booking a transfer with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Booking confirmation
All bookings must be made via our online booking form, phone, email, or text message. A confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once the booking is received. It is crucial to check your booking confirmation carefully to ensure the date, time, pick-up address, number of passengers, and any special requirements are correct. RYDZ is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Payment terms
Full payment is required in advance for all bookings. We accept Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) with a 2.5% merchant fee, and Bank Transfer with no additional fee. Drivers do not carry cash and cannot accept payment on pick-up. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 48 hours before pick-up: 100% refund
- 24–48 hours before pick-up: 50% refund
- Within 24 hours of pick-up or no-show: No refund
No-shows or failure to be ready at the pick-up time are treated as same-day cancellations (no refund).

Change requests
Changes can be made up to 24 hours before pick-up, free of charge, subject to vehicle availability. Changes within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur a fee or delay. RYDZ will make every reasonable effort to accommodate change requests.

Waiting time policy
Our waiting time policy is as follows:
- Private / Residential / Hotel Pick-up: 15 minutes included. After 15 minutes, considered a no-show. Call 0468 401 967 if running late.
- Airport Pick-up (Domestic): 30 minutes included. Extra time charged at $55 per 30-minute increment.

Pick-up and drop-off times
We aim to meet your requested times but cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, flight delays, accidents, or other factors. For airport transfers, RYDZ monitors flight arrivals. Delays outside scheduled flight times may affect waiting periods and charges.

Customer conduct
RYDZ “Private Transfer” reserves the right to refuse service in cases of intoxication or aggressive behaviour. No refund will be issued if service is refused due to customer conduct. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will incur a minimum charge of $250 AUD plus $850 AUD per day for loss of service.

Baggage & special items
Standard baggage is included. Surcharges may apply for oversized items (bikes, surfboards, golf bags, child seats, or excessive luggage).

Travel insurance
We recommend customers have travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, or missed transfers.

Safety, licensing & compliance
RYDZ is an accredited Booked Transfer Service in Queensland. All drivers are fully licensed Booked Hire Service drivers. Our mission: safe, comfortable, and professional service.

Privacy & data policy
RYDZ “Private Transfer” does not store any customer data on the website. Personal data is used strictly for providing the service and communicating with the customer. We do not share, sell, or distribute customer information to third parties. Data is handled securely according to best practices.

Under 18 passenger policy
Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorised adult supervisor at all times. RYDZ “Private Transfer” does not accept bookings made directly by minors (under 18 years old). Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to travel alone in any RYDZ vehicle under any circumstance. The supervising adult is fully responsible for the safety and conduct of the minor during the trip.
